Thus far my beers have all been from LME, I see your post mentioning that using grain can be cheaper. That's quite interesting.I could imagine being interested in doing that with rice someday, but right now I'm more into Cidre and fruity drinks. I dabble in beer too but I really appreciate how much easier it is with a pre-hopped liquid malt extract.
