I drive a forklift in a dairy factory by day, musician at night and spare time. I cook with a spontaneous style that I bring to my brewing. I have been brewing since October 2011, I have made many brews in that time, the one I make most frequently is strawberry lager, I also make peach lager and honey draught a lot. These beers are made by adding either frozen or dried fruit, or 500g of creamed honey to the fresh wort. I have also made several stouts over the years , I have a golden syrup milk stout and a blackberry stout fermenting at present It is summertime right now where I live so I will be putting a few more stouts down while its warm to be ready for our winter. I have found many helpful tips from the internet during the time I have been brewing, I do not know heaps but the little I have learnt I am happy to share, I also look forward to learning from the collective wisdom you all have. I am also lucky that the village I live in has a water supply that comes from a well, so it is ideal for making beer with.
