Designing homebrew setups is not the same thing as homebrewing. While many people may enjoy both hobbies, I think there's definitely a group of people who would rather just be brewing, not fiddling with hardware. | |

When you go to 10 gallon batches, suddenly things become much heavier, and a partial transfer (using an intermediate vessel) is advisable. | |
