iI agree with ur freind iyour friend. I always shake my bottles first when imI'm pouring for secondery fermentation "becarful. Be careful to make sure the first fementation is complete"complete or ul causeyou'll cause the bottle to explode because itsit's relesing to much co2 .CO2.it It helps make a good head when pouring and helps the yeast to become active again especially if uryou're using carbanationcarbonation drops that dont dissolve straight away.
