Apr 10, 2010 at 16:08 | comment | added | markskar | I believe the question is referring to the "Zapap Lauter Tun" system, in which you drill a lot of holes in the bottom of a bucket. So of course, the bucket ceases to be a fermenter at that point. Bacteria is not a huge concern here. | |
