Jan 28, 2014 at 16:58 | comment | added | Denny Conn | Whatever is the smallest amount that will loosen up the slurry at the bottom of the fermenter enough to make it pourable. When you put it in your storage container, you want to make sure there's enough beer to cover the slurry. | |
