Jul 29, 2013 at 1:27 comment added Denny Conn OTOH, I'm careful and I can't recall one of my 442 batches that was oxidized under normal conditions (meaning no extended aging). So it seems like the guys you're talking about may not be as careful as they think they are.
Jul 29, 2013 at 0:29 comment added Dale I taste oxidized beers all of the time at the various homebrew clubs I attend. Those brewers know what not to do, but they still end up with stale beer, so I'd say you can be careful, and still get oxidation.
