I'm just trying to see what options I have during the boil, which doesn't seem like much. I have the recipe in beersmith and adjusted it for the new hops, this is just the first time I've done this and I'm also just curious.

contacted the seller and he said they tested it 3 times, this was the highest he's ever seen for his cascade hops.

My cold brew mixture was a medium roast 1g of coffee for every gram of water for the cold brew. I added about a quart of that mixture to my 5 gallon batch. Came out great!
