I am allergic to malt and thus need to avoid it. Are there any brew kits out there that does not use any kind of malt as an ingredient? I am trying research what I need to do to make my own beer. Thus far most of hem seem to have some sort of malt in them. 

Way later, but the problem is the Malt, not Gluten.

Since this post I now drink hard ciders, brandy, and wine.
