Using yeast from a local brewery +1 for the link to Mr. Malty. This is a great start. I was definitely looking for a reference. Their site lists the book, Yeast: The Practical Guide to Beer Fermentation. This may be the next step for more info. If anyone finds more articles/references, please contribute! |
