You should bottle condition at 70-75F in order for the yeast to process the priming sugar and create co2. If you keep them too cool they won't carbinate properly.

What style of beer are you brewing? Styles with low amounts of long chain proteins and low AA% (ie. American Lagers) will not have good head retention.

comment Dry hopping a double IPA
taking into account that you are using a Better Bottle, the opening is much larger than glass carboys and hop bags are much easier to remove.
