Fruit for fruit beers great idea, i've considered doing a 5-gal neutral batch then after the primary splitting into several secondaries and test different additives....has anyone tried this with fruits or other? new post question? |

How do you avoid disturbing sediment when moving your fermenter to rack or bottle? just like brewchez said....i move the primary to the counter top and let it sit for 20-30 mins while i sanitize and get set up for the transfer to the secondary... |

What do I do about beer coming out my airlock? had the same thing happen...the top ended up blowing off so i had a good old fashion open fermentation for a few hours....side note - no contamination and final beer turned out great... |

Brew Fail Diagnosis Help Lots of questions to help narrow down an answer for you. How much wheat extract did you use? Did you use any hops? What type of yeast (dry/liquid/brand)? Was this a pre-packaged kit or did you buy the ingredients separate? |
