Using coffee in beer How strong was the coffee? Like, how much grounds per how much water? Normal strength? |

Spigots: What's the consensus I should probably take my spigot apart... I generally just fill the pail with sani and let some of it flow through the spigot. Clean-freak + brewing = good. |

Pairing with mussels These answers are great! Update on what I'm actually eating tonight and need to pair with - it will have saffron, salmon, wine, cream. But, the overall answers are wonderful as well. |

Do you have a good Wit recipe? I don't. I don't even know if I'm made a wit before. |

Is a 5 gallon bucket too big for 3 gallon recipe? How do you differentiate primary to secondary if you keep it in the same bucket? The contamination issue is huge for sure, but ::knocks on wood:: hasn't been an issue too much thus far. I like to do primary in a glass carboy, and then transfer to a bucket for secondary, adding hops / chips / coffee / whatever at that point as well. My pail also has a spigot, which makes for easy bottling. |

Are there tools that can make the bottling process easier? I've converted this question to a wiki, as there are many answers. I'll try to reorganize it to make sense that way as well. Great question! |
