keeping the wort pump primed seems to have a learning curve yep....well, the outlet is at 12 o'clock...the inlet is a center port. And the chiller is completely above the outlet. |

keeping the wort pump primed seems to have a learning curve I did have all the air out at the start...the silicone tubing is translucent, so I can see where the fluid is. The pump is lower than the outlet of the kettle and is pushing up thru the chiller. I have pictures of the setup, but I'm not exactly sure how to post them here...as soon as I figure it out, I'll post them. |

how much air would I need to move to be able to brew in my basement? never thought of the CO monitor...I should get one for the garage, anyway...thanks for the idea! |

how much air would I need to move to be able to brew in my basement? do you heat with propane or with natural gas? and do you do anything about the water vapor or just look at it as a good smelling humidifier? |

how much air would I need to move to be able to brew in my basement? currently using propane...if I move to the basement, there is NG very close to where I'd need it, so I can change over, if it comes to it. |
