Uses for spent grains +1 for fast use. A suggestion when storing wet grain: Let them cool to room temperature for a few hours, then refrigerate (or freeze!) them in plastic freezer/sandwich bags. |

Uses for spent grains I've been making bread for years, and recently started making homebrew. The remaining sugars and flavors make the bread phenominal. I suggest leaving it a little sticky, because it's fluffier after its final rise. |
