been home brewing for about 6 months now mainly using a partial mash/extract method.

Make a kit brew better? I was given 2 cans of the real ale. Should i use both cans? on the can it says makes 2.5 gallons, but that like 10 lbs of extract. I was maybe thinking about using one can, adding some DME and some additional hops |

Partial Mash Extract twang Thanks for the help fellas, I will be fermenting in my primary for a minumum of 2 weeks from now on. As well as possibly switching to DME |
