Cold Crash and Finings @Perk did you make adjustments to the amount of priming agent used? When you say it provided "enough carbonation" does this mean the carbonation amount is lower than you've come to expect when not cold crashing? |

Yeast Ok After Being Near Freezing? I figured I had nothing to lose other than some DME and a little bit of my time, so I went for it with the starter. Fortunately, the yeast was fine and 24 hours later, brew-day was a success. |
