I thought the restriction was to only barley, [from wikipedia] "...The restriction of grains to barley..." I am very likely misunderstanding the law. Do you have any clarification?

+1 re overfilling, one of the guys in my brewclub "overfills" all of his bottles, he likes the way it carbonates better, and he's been brewing for over a decade.

agreed, I brew with my brother so we're always double checking. "Did you remember the priming sugar?" and without fail, every brew session there's an "oops, almost forgot that"
