I looked up the Safale T-58 and it has a lower alcahol tolerance than the yeast I uesd (11.5% vs 12%). Why would that be better than just repitching what I uesed originally?

So I put about 5oz of the beer and some boiled priming sugar solution (teaspoon'ish of sugar, it did not think it would matter the exact amount) in a sanitized bottle with a sanitized balloon on top the night I posted this question. As of yet there is absolutly no change (chalk one up for sanitation I guess). No inflation of the balloon and no sediment in the bottom of the bottle. My new plan is to wait until next weekend if there is still no change I will pitch new yeast.

As stated Im pretty novice but while all said pretty much the same thing, yours seemed the best to me. I dont know why you got a down vote.
