Do some beers really require special bottles due to pressure? +1 if for no other reason than I now have to demonstrate physics at our next beer related get-together. Do you or any homebrewer you know specifically discriminate the bottles you use for specific brews? |

What books would help me improve at recipe creation? I can really appreciate what you're saying, the few times I've modified a recipe that I've brewed multiple times, it's helped tremendously. Of course the obvious other side of this is that I don't want 10 gallons of headless pale ale because I removed crystal malt to give it a lighter color (been there). |
