An avid, ambitious homebrewer, I'm currently brewing on an all-electric system capable of 20+ gallon batches.

How to lower Final Gravity? +1. It's highly unlikely that beer is going to ferment out any further. |

Something in the fermentation chamber made my nose hurt Yep, I've had the same thing happen when I overzealously whiff my fermentation chamber. Nose burns, eyes water, swear words fly. |

How can I seal off the liquid line on a sankey keg to allow force carbonation? Nice answer. +1 for the link, and for not suggesting Teflon tape will help the seal :) |

Over attenuated all grain beers A long shot, but have you calibrated your hydrometer? No off-flavors from possible infections? |

How much weight to add to a dry-hop bag? Not an answer to your question, but I've stopped using dry-hop bags entirely unless I'm dry hopping in the keg. Which I've only been foolish enough to do once :) I find just tossing the hops in the fermenter is plenty effective and a lot easier to deal with. |

Should the late addition portion of a recipe be altered based on immersion, counterflow, whirlpooling techiques? An interesting question I've often wondered about myself. +1! |

Slight fizz in beer after 6 days in the fermenter - game over? Great, glad to hear it! Once you get it in the bottles and conditioned for a few weeks, I think you'll be happier with the flavor. Age cures many beery ills. Or at least helps ;) |

Slight fizz in beer after 6 days in the fermenter - game over? That's certainly what I would do. I've learned that extra time in the primary will usually improve a beer. |

Benefits and drawbacks to different tubing types? Very nice answer. I also use RV hose for my water supply and silicone tubing for everything else. |
