Why is some of my beer flat (half of the bottles in one of 2 batches done together)? I'm using PET plastic bottles and the seals seem to be good. Good suggestion though, thanks! |

Why is some of my beer flat (half of the bottles in one of 2 batches done together)? That's a good point. I bulk primed both batches in their respective fermenters and left them for 30 minutes before bottling directly, so maybe the sugar didn't mix through. That could be good news as I could add some priming sugar into the flat bottles to possibly get them going again. Thanks! |
