@DJClayworth, indeed - the beer is currently all mine. That said, she really likes hanging around while I do my "man cooking." It wouldn't hurt to be creating something that is more to her taste. You never know when you're going to need those extra husband karma points....

I can see how the belgian might appeal to wine drinkers in general but is there a specific way to aim towards the sav. blanc from a triple? With respect to 5 gallons, I can assure you that, regardless of success or failure, an excess of beer will NOT be a problem. :-)
