How long do I need to carbonate a keg? I also wonder if this could drive off hop aroma when bleeding the pressure. I'm more of a set-it-and-forget-it guy myself. |

Carastan substitute? Dead Guy Ale clone (extract + specialty grain) from BYO. It turned out OK, but definitely not exact. For only being my 2nd batch, I'm happy. I'm also currently force-carbing a Two-Hearted Ale clone and have a Newcastle clone in primary. My next batch will be my first AG, so hopefully it goes well! |

How do I get larger bubbles in my finished beer? As I just commented above, I was really just trying to closely match a clone to the original. The original has coarser bubbles that stick around a bit longer than my clone, and I just wanted to mimic that a little better. Thanks for the response. |

How do I get larger bubbles in my finished beer? I was just looking for coarser bubbles to match my clone to the original more closely. It's not a major issue at all, but was just something that I was curious about. |
