A good style for first batch? I did my first Brew with a brewers best. And it seemed easy, I made a few minor mistakes... but learned from the process! I emailed the company for advice on the mistakes and they were super helpful! He even answered questions about the process! And offered his email for any questions I might have in the future. My beer is conditioning right now so I am not sure how its gonna turn out, but I am impressed with this company and their customer service. I will use there product again! |

Advice on Fruit Extract for Wheat beers? I have been looking this puree up online... it is avail at food stores or do I look for it at a Fermenters Supply? Thanks for all the help everyone, I am a newbie and hate to ask so many questions... but I figure go to those who know what the heck they are doing rather than finding out the hard way by messing up the whole batch! |

Advice on Fruit Extract for Wheat beers? Ok good advice, I bet the puree is cheaper too... Do they sell cans of puree or do you get teh fruit and puree it yourself in the blender? I am plannig on doing a secondary fermentation for a week or so in my bottling bucket... do I just mix the puree in with the beer? and let it sit for a while? They drop in the bottling sugar when I am ready to bottle! |

first time racking and bottling… I read on another thread about this? Basically a pop bottle? Like the 20 oz coke bottles you get out of machines? |
