I started brewing beer in my college dorm room (Room 3) when I was 20. Had a 2 year absence from brewing (graduated, new wife/jobs/house), but now I'm back!

Measuring Gravity Thanks for the tips. I usually go the same route as you, just checking whenever I move the beer. I was just wondering because I've read a few recipes that said to use readings to determine when to move the beer. |
