comment Planning a trip, which breweries should I go to?
@Hopwise I can understand your logic, however I went for homebrewers on purpose. Just as Room3 suggested, I'm very interested in the brewing process which, at least in my opinion, could keep this on topic. Also, I'm looking for the same thing I do while I homebrew: to drink new and delicious beer! Isn't that why we all do it?

comment Longest time in carboy?
Normally I'm the same way, I can't wait to get the damn stuff into bottles. This time however, work just got in the way and I just don't feel like doing anything haha.

comment What exactly does all-malt mean?
Haha actually no, I haven't had any of these issues yet, I just do way too much research for my own good and get curious about things.

comment How full can I fill my bottles?
If you hold the bottles upside down, it's just an easy way to help the yeast spread around in the bottle without being too rough.

how much priming sugar did you use?

comment When formulating an AG recipe, how do you determine mash thickness?
I wonder if efficiency will drop on the other end as well. If I have a watery mash, will it not convert all the sugars? I imagine it wouldn't hold the temp as well.

comment How many of you have brewed a 'Triple IPA' and how do you define it?
Just to add to this a little, the simple sugars will ferment out entirely, making the beer much dryer. If you can gain 10% with a FG of 1.015 you'd have a Triple IPA. If you end up with 10% and a FG of 1.030, you have an American Barleywine.
