Of course you can do other things for solve this problem, but, if you already have a pressure water compressor available for this task and don't want to buy anything, its ok to use it.
If your machine have a kind of head that fits inside the bottle its better. If not your work can be harder, since you wouldn't reach the dirty very well.
I've used a thing like that someday. After one year of outside storage of many bottles, some of them not pre-washed after drinking, much of that with fungi and other kind of real crusted dirty. I've used a simple machine, soap and a bottle brush, and it works well. If your machine warm up the water it will be so much easier, of course.
